• Once items are dispatched, we regret to inform you that order redirection is not possible.

SHIPPING TIME
• Upon dispatch, a tracking number with delivery specifics will be sent to you via email.
• Products in stock, shipping from our warehouse, are typically processed within 7-10 days.
• Made-to-order or customized items will be shipped within 7 – 15 days.

DOORSTEP SERVICE DELIVERY

The delivery of ordered products follows the conditions outlined below.

For Residences / Offices on the Ground Floor, products will be delivered to the doorstep.
In areas where elevators are inaccessible, labor charges will be applied at the actual cost.
Assembly instructions, if required, will be provided with the product.
Before placing an order, please refer to our ‘Measure your Space’ video, which offers easy steps to ensure size adaptability and smooth delivery.
DIVANOELEGANTE and our logistics partner cannot be held responsible if the ordered furniture does not fit into your home.
